Dealer Account Manager
Job brief
The dealer account manager will oversee and grow our dealer network.
You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our classic car dealers, understanding their needs and providing a first class service to improve their overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with classic car dealers
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Increase engagement to achieve our sales targets
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Dealer account manager or Dealer account executive
- Must be a team player
- Excellent PC and ‘Microsoft Office’ literacy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to establish effective business relationships with internal and external partners.
- Ability to engage at all levels
- An organized, pro-active, results driven person with a strong bias toward excellent sales performance, customer service and after sales support.
- Industry experience and classic car knowledge would be a distinct advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £40,000. per year (Basic + Bonus)
